Hamilton Plumbing is a part of Aquaheat Facility Services Ltd which currently operates out of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Whakatane and Fiji and is a member of the Horizon Energy Group.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role offers flexible working hours, 20 hours per week. You are well organised and enjoy working in a down to earth environment whilst maintaining professional standards. In this role you will undertake a wide range of administrative duties associated with the performance of the Contract, including coordinating day to day workflow, handling queries, maintaining and updating systems to ensure accurate up to date service data is available at all times
Key Skills and Attributes:
You will provide first class service to all the client, staff and visitors you encounter. Previous service administration experience, ideally with a background in the Facility or Maintenance Services Industry would be preferable.
