Aquaheat specialise in the delivery of hard facility maintenance services such as HVAC Mechanical, Boiler, Gas, Plumbing, Drainage, Electrical and Carpentry services.
Our core business is HVAC Mechanical services but in recent times we have expanded our service capability to include all hard services making it easy for our clients with one point of contact for all their maintenance needs.
This role has been created as a successor to the current Regional Service Manager who will be retiring from the positon after several decades in the business.
We are seeking a Regional Service Manager who has a background in managing a HVAC Mechanical Service business or Facility Services operation. We have a team of 30 service technicians that are part of this business unit with the large majority of these being HVAC Mechanical with our Plumbing and Electrical technician numbers growing on a monthly basis to meet client demand.
The successful applicant must possess proven people management skills and be clearly focused on customer satisfaction, continual improvement and development of the business. In addition, the successful candidate would possess prior building industry knowledge and preferably experience in the HVAC Mechanical sector.
This is a well-developed business unit comprising technical staff across a variety of trades, locally supported by Supervisors, Key Account Management and Administration functions, all reporting into this role, with Head Office functions providing further national support.

The successful candidate will be a NZ Resident with at least 10 years management experience in a busy trade service operation that is passionate about delivering a quality cost effective service at all times.
