About the Role:

This is a crucial position within the contract team providing support to the site-based Service Delivery Team that comprises a combination of Aquaheat self-delivery trades and specialist subcontractors.

You're a born organiser who gets a real kick from tackling a new assignment and immersing yourself into a new situation. In this role you will oversee and provide high level business and operational management support for the site-based Service Delivery Team by undertaking a wide range of administrative, organisational and advisory duties associated with the overall development and performance of the Contract.

Managing day to day workflow, meetings, handling queries and maintaining and updating documentation and systems all form part of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the service delivery team to ensure all contract deliverables are achieved
  • Responsible for scheduling of the planned maintenance activities
  • Updating and maintaining Computerised Management System (BEIMS)
  • Contribute to creating a professional, positive, friendly and supportive environment

Key Skills and Attributes:

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in building maintenance plans, scheduling and compliance. Working with a diverse team, you will have the ability to engage with the contract team to improve business performance and ensure all planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed on time within budgeted outcomes .

  • Computerised Maintenance Management Systems knowledge and experience (Pronto and/or BIEMS would be an advantage)
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a building services /contracting business or similar environment
  • A sound knowledge of building systems and compliance along with Facility Management experience will be highly regarded.
  • Computer literate and experience in using Microsoft Office suite with at least intermediate level excel skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to relate well with people at all levels (colleagues and clients)
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail whilst taking a proactive approach to make sure workflow is planned in advance
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices with up to date knowledge of current legislative requirements
  • Have sound judgment and initiative along with a strong team focus
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own deadlines
