With the current Regional Service Manager moving into a role to support our Electrical service delivery, we have an exciting opportunity to lead one of the fastest growing segments in the group. This key senior role presents a rare and exceptional challenge for an experienced senior leader to contribute to the growth and enhanced performance of this region and the business.
Based in Whakatane, our Regional Service Manager leads a well-developed business unit with a team of 20 multi-skilled service technicians, locally supported by a team of Supervisors and Administration staff.
We are looking for a person with a background in managing a HVAC Mechanical Services or Plumbing business, with a natural talent and flair for sales and business development, to provide exceptional customer service, continual improvement and business growth.
The role is well supported by a commercially astute, supportive and encouraging leadership team, who will give you the freedom to run the business and work with you to continue the success of the business in this region.
